Stand or sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths.
Imagine a plasma-like energy field around you (like a soft glow, 5-6 feet around your body).
Sweep your hands through this field as if “combing” through stagnant or dense energy.
When your hands feel a sticky or heavy sensation, pause.
Visualize that area vibrating and clearing, like a tuning fork dissolving static.
Affirm: “I release all patterns that do not serve my clarity.”
