ENERGY RITUALS

Each element of the Universe is in a constant state of vibration known to us as light, sound, and energy.

Within and surrounding your body is a field of energy that is constantly reflecting, absorbing, projecting and even deflecting the energy of everything around you. Your biofield.

From the energy of other people to the energy of electromagnetic fields and even the energy of conversations and emotional reactions to events, your energy field is constantly adjusting to cope with this bombardment.

Energy Rituals utilise the heightened sensitivity to vibrational frequencies, which are passed through me and then further amplified by crystals, and passed onto you to balance the energy systems allowing for a resetting of the energetic aspect of your body.

These changes in the vibrational frequencies are then fixed into your physical body, into your nervous system through gentle Yogic practices.

BIOFIELD HARMONIZATION

A combination of coaching and energy work with Traditional Japanese Reiki combined with The Healy a frequency device that uses individualized Microcurrent Frequency programs.

Starting with a consultation to understand what you want to focus on.

We intentionally connect to your information field and run a Healy Analysis programme on the Coach option to assist in narrowing down how to best support you.

Then you are guided into a deep relaxation where you receive Reiki Energy and listen to the specific affirmations created for you.

The frequencies are sent to you over long distance working their way into your biofield, your information field to bring you into harmony.

UNIFY ENERGY RITUAL - ENERGYBODY RESET

  • A retuning of your energy body, Aura and Chakras with Reiki, Crystal Ritual, guided meditation and Yogic practises.

  • You will be resting back surrounded by a crystal grid, guided into a visualization meditation. Crystals are individually chosen for you.

  • 60/90 minute sessions

HARMONIZE ENERGY RITUAL - ENERGYBODY REBALANCE

  • A more in-depth experience, in a series of 4 sessions the Chakras are balanced in a specific order of pairs with Crystal Ritual, Reiki, guided meditation and Yogic practises.

  • The last session culminates with the Cosmic Heart Energy Ritual dedicated to solely to your Heart Chakra.

  • An opportunity to release and clear your Heart Chakra and reconnect the strength of your heart to the great transformative energy field.

  • Each session is 60 minutes

  • It is important to receive the whole series in the correct order as an ongoing series of treatments.

COSMIC HEART ENERGY RITUAL - HEART CHAKRA RECENTRE

  • You will be resting back guided into a visualization meditation specific to your Heart Chakra, surrounded by a crystal grid, holding Rose Quartz and receiving Reiki.

  • This deep relaxation is followed by Yogic practises to fix the transformed energy into the nervous system and energy body.

  • If you know it’s time to let go of whatever feelings may be holding you back and want to open up to the support of the Cosmic Heart this is for you.

  • For you if you are ready to release to create space in your heart and want to feel reconnected, or solely wish to enjoy the beautiful sensation of connecting and experiencing your Heart Chakra.
