Beheld Breathwork is a combination of therapeutic bodywork techniques to assess your breathing style, to show you how to breath more optimally in your daily life and also specific breathing techniques to affect your body mind spirit. Breathwork practises are from the field of bodywork sciences and yogic science.

Through a process of guided self enquiry you become aware of how your postural, behavioural habits and your strress response may be affecting your breathing.

If you suffer from anxiety or panic attacks be sure to let your breathwork practitioner know.

Some types of breathing techniques can be a trigger, I am aware of this, trained and experienced. Please do not let this put you off breathwork, as taught correctly it is a good method for managing panic attacks and reducing anxiety. There are also some contraindications for practicing some types of breathwork, a consultaion is advised prior to doing Breathwork.
